2011 FRRS Board of Directors annual election

Hello FRRS members,

This is now the 3rd year I have the honor of serving as FRRS Election Chairman.
For the 2011 Elections, we have 3 board seats up for election, These seats
are currently held by Rod McClure, Matt Parker, & Charlie Spikes.

There are some dates that you as society members need to be aware of, they
are:

Jan 1 – Jan 31, 2011- Open Nominations. You have this time frame to nominate
someone or yourself as a candidate for one of the three seats.

Feb 1 – Feb 28, 2011- Members nominated have this time frame to either
accept their nominations or decline their nominations. Any candidate that
does not notify me in writing of their intent to withdraw from the election
by Feb 28, 2011 will be on the 2011 ballot.

Mar 1- Mar 31, 2011- Candidates have this time to send me their written
candidate statement for inclusion in the ballot instructions.

April 12, 2011, Ballot mailing, all ballots will be in the mail by this date.

May 31, 2011, Ballot return deadline, all ballots must be in by this date or
they will not be counted. Ballots will be counted June 3rd and the results
announced at the annual membership dinner at the museum on June 4, 2010.

Remember, nominations must be received by January 31 2011
